The terms for using LogIron on Android and Wear OS.
By downloading or using LogIron ("the app") you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google Play's own terms.
LogIron is a training log and planner, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
NetSoftTouch grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
The workouts, routines, measurements and notes you enter belong to you. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping backups (the app offers backup and CSV export under Settings → Data). We are not responsible for data lost because a device is lost, reset or damaged, or because the app is uninstalled.
If you share a routine or program link or QR code, you are responsible for what you share and with whom.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights you have under the licences of the open-source components included in the app (see section 7).
The app, including its code, design, exercise descriptions, animations, voice coaching texts and the LogIron name and logo, is owned by NetSoftTouch and protected by copyright and other laws. Exercise names are generic terms and remain free for anyone to use.
The app includes open-source software and fonts licensed under their own terms (such as the Apache License 2.0, the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and the GNU GPL v2 with the Classpath Exception). Those licences, not these Terms, govern those components. The full list and licence texts are available in the app under Settings → Open-source licenses.
"Health Connect", "Wear OS", "Google Play", "AdMob" and "Firebase" are trademarks of Google LLC. Strong, Hevy and FitNotes are trademarks of their respective owners; LogIron can import files exported from those apps but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Some features rely on services provided by others, including Google Play services, Health Connect, Wear OS, Google AdMob, Firebase and Bluetooth heart rate devices. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of calculations, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, NetSoftTouch is not liable for any injury, health problem, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or any feature.
